Hire our Club

Booking the club as venue for a private function

The Club and its facilities can be booked by members and non-members for functions such as birthdays** and engagements. We can also host funeral receptions as well as corporate events.

Our hire charges will vary upon what your requirements may be, but as a location we are a valid alternative to other local venues.

The Club will provide a full bar service, as well as help and advice before your event regarding entertainment, music, and catering. We will of course collaborate with you on access prior to your event for setting up and post event for clearing up, whether this will be done by you or us.

**We do not unfortunately accept any bookings for 18th Birthday parties.

Please check the table below for times the Club is not available for hire. Then, fill out the form with the proposed date and time of your event, your details, and specific requirements. All bookings will be reviewed upon enquiry and prior to acceptance notified to you as to whether we can host your function. Once your enquiry has been approved by us, all charges, listed below, are payable at the time the booking is confirmed. This is to cover the cost of additional bar staff and associated overheads.

(Important information for you to consider before you apply - As a private members club, we cannot offer ‘exclusive use’ of the club’s premises. However, we will advise you best on how this works, so you get the maximum number for your guest invites.)

Terms and Conditions

Just a few things things to note.

Funeral receptions would include an earlier opening time if required - please ask at time of booking. Note: If the funeral is for a deceased member then no hire charge will be applied

If your think your ‘meeting’ will only take a couple of hours, we can also offer, if available, a weekday option of 2-4-50 (two hours for fifty pound).

To qualify for ‘member’ rates your membership at the time of booking must be of a minimum 6 months.

Children (16 and under) must be properly supervised for their own and others' safety by responsible adults.

Strictly no drinks or alcohol of any kind purchased off site should be brought for consumption into the club or anywhere on the club grounds.
